  • All new clients can start by creating an account on our online client portal, Time To Pet. This will be where you can request, book, and pay for services. Once you make your account and want to move forward, we can send you some sample contracts and forms that will give you a better idea of our company and the services we provide.

    After you have a look over some of our basic paperwork, all pertinent forms will be made available on DocuSign for you to view online and digitally sign. If we seem like a great fit for you, hooray! We look forward to working with you! Additionally, all in-person services receive a complimentary, 20-minute consultation!

  • Our paperwork thoroughly reflects the safety, comfort, and logistics of all training and pet care we provide! All services start with our Guidelines and Policies and a Service Agreement. From there, additional forms and contracts are filled out according to the specific service you’ve requested.

    The International Association of Canine Professionals is a group of dog professionals from a vast range of specialties within the animal industry. The IACP encourages high standards of ethical practice among canine professionals, and provides IACP members with proven information on dog training methods. The organization also supports members’ rights to properly use humane and effective training tools.

    Pet Sitters International (PSI) is the world’s biggest pet sitting organization, with over 5,000 pet sitting members! PSI educates professional pet sitters and promotes, supports, and recognizes excellence in pet sitting. PSI also supplies its members with services and products to benefit pet sitters and their clients everywhere.

  • Yes! We have completed first aid courses from both The American Red Cross and Pet Sitters International!

    In Cat and Dog First Aid, hosted by The American Red Cross, professionals learn the basics in first aid for cats and dogs through a variety of topics – understanding vital signs, preventative care for cats and dogs, and critical emergency situations!

    Pet Sitters InternationalPet First Aid and CPCR for Pet Care Professionals” has eleven modules and includes eight hours of video instruction. Professionals that take this course are substantially knowledgable and equipped on how to respond in an emergency and keep pets safe!

  • Yes! We have undergone and passed a criminal background check with our partner, Acutraq.

  • We proudly serve the SF Bay Area! We are able to take requests up to 45 minutes from our central location, depending on the nature and frequency of the work needed. Requests over 20 minutes from the 94560 zip code or any destination that requires toll payment are subject to extended mileage fees. We are happy to provide you with a custom estimate that includes these fees! Due to traffic and parking logistics, we unfortunately cannot provide service to the city of San Francisco.

  • Our preferred methods of payment are credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Google Pay, or Apple Pay. We also accept checks and e-checks. Holiday rates and cancellation fees may apply.
